Khloe is doing the Kardashian Kollection world tour. Kourtney wouldn't leave the kids unless absolutely necessary, as seen on the show. She doesn't even like to go out to dinner in her hometown because she doesn't like being away from them. I highly highly doubt they will be going in, even for a day.

I think the Kardashian girls inherited a lot of cash to splash from him and then became famous through a combination of their socialite lifestyle and Kim's sex tape, rather like Paris Hilton's rise to fame.
