I don't think it matters who has affairs with who, even if one or both are involved with other people. The reason I think this is that some celebs who appear on SCD are going through transitions in their life and dancing can precipitate the end of a relationship that's on the rocks. I'm surprised there aren't reports of more affairs. In particular I'm disappointed that's there been none around Pasha.

Well if we are going to bring the pros with each other into it, I think there's been quite a bit of "reusing and recycling", hasn't there?

He's clever at ensuring his wings are not clipped. You know what they say, the quiet ones are the worst ones. Mark Ramprakash is a case in point...

Perhaps but there will be serious competition from other DS forumites.

True ... but Pasha seems a bit goody-two shoes as well. I was convinced he and Kimberley would get it on - may be they did ...

Lol. I refuse to speculate (for now at least ) but Im 100% that they have been affairs in the past and probably still now; Some people just hide it really well .

Wasn't it Craig who said one time (in his book not sure, cant remember ) that we may be surprised at the " hook-ups " that were (are ) in this show Or was is Robin ' or surprised at what is going on behind the scenes.

I have long nursed a theory that Karen and Mark were a nearly affair. If you remember they had a bit of a melt down mid series and my theory is an attraction had grown that freaked Mark out.

When you work with someone intensely the time spent together and the shared experience with all the heightened emotion (not to mention being away from the proper life partner) can masquerade as love. Add dance - physical proximity, the inherent romance and sexiness of many of the styles to the mix it very likely you will experience feeling very similar to those of falling in love. If you haven't the experience to realise the context is driving the emotions I think it can be very easy to get a bit mixed up.

That's the point re. the quiet ones! I remembered Tess luridly tried to make it sound like Chelsee was having secret trysts with Pasha after their Pashadoble, and it went down like a lead balloon, Pasha's innocent cherubic gaze help defuse any frisson that might have thus been generated by Tess...

Yup, rumba week. I mean did you see the training clip? How Karen at first was showing how CLOSE they must be and Mark just giggled nervously? What's with Karen's "is there something in your pocket or are you happy to see me?" spiel? Then again, I was referring to Mark's 90-minute indiscretion with a woman who decided to make a quick buck selling their sordid affair to the media... Up till that point who would have thought that in a million years?

Look if we're going to get into scallwag rumour mongering at least make it more precise. THE quiet man is Patrick ... and he has chemistry with Anya, so ...

Ben's quite 'noisy' IMO although Kristina does giggle like a schoolgirl quite often.

IN my experience once the sleeping tiger is awoken it isn't easy to get it to settle down again. It might resist the one that woke it but its only a matter of time before it roars.
