There is nothing to be confused about, because we're not taking it in turns, and that has nothing to do with that you quoted, which was this:

Why pick on Samsung? Why haven't apple been sued for taking the idea of making a phone? Why is it anywhere else in the world apple have had their cases thrown out? Nope - just to highlight how absurd it is to talk about Apple winning the case because their lawyer shed them in a favourable light.

If you want to argue that the judge, rather than Apple's lawyer, showed favouritism, at least then your argument would make some sort of sense.

When the same people who are fans of a certain product line disagree with different people constantly over and over again, then yes, i would say they are. Or there is something wrong with them. Either way.

Do you honestly not realise how ridiculous that sounds?

If I said I thought you and swordman were part of some colluding anti Apple club who posted here in cahoots with one another, presumably you'd think that was ridiculous?

Now saying? Its what i have said from my first post on the matter!!

Why do you do this? Add in your own weird arguments, come to a conclusion then decide and ask the person if this is what they meant

Anyway yes i am. With these arguments/debates its always the same crew who disagree with anything negative with apple. You, tdenson, spud, dark1 and another i cant remember their name.

I would say its ridiculous to say im in cahoots since i am completely impartial and will see and say the good and bad in anything like annoyances with my N5, n4, S3, iphone 4S.

On here i have expressed annoyances with every phone i have had and help was given or we discussed it normally. When i had my 4S I was absolutely slated on here for finding turning things like wifi on and off annoying. Then i went through a huge argument having to prove i actually owned a 4S since i dared find anything annoying with it.

It's nothing to do with not knowing. People on here know fine there were smartphone but will argue apple made the first one.

As an aside, I've never switched off either wifi or Bluetooth on my phone (except on an aeroplane). Why would you?
