I wonder if anyone can help. I have been given the task of finding the most cost effective deal for a 2 phone business contract. It's currently with T-Mobile business and both handsets are BlackBerrys. Both users would like to stick with a BlackBerry.

As far as UK minutes/texts/data allowance goes, the requirement is fairly "standard" I would say. But both users regularly roam in Europe, primarily Italy and Spain, and currently just pay for data use (calls and texts are minimal when roaming). So essentially I need to find the best deal, and for us that means the deal that will give us the most cost effective data roaming primarily in Europe.

EE offers the cheapest data roaming in Europe (and even cheaper in comparison in select parts of the rest of the world) if medium to large volumes of data are being used.

Otherwise Vodafone comes out top IIRC.

I agree with qasdfdsaq...

Vodafone is good for multiple short (2-3 day) trips, EE for most other situations.

EE can provide unlimited calling abroad, which may be useful, and as qasdfdsaq says includes Australia, USA, and a few other places in that. It would be my choice especially if venturing to more exotic places - their data rates for world wide locations are some of the best for an MNO.
