Here's a prog to miss a new reality show, with the bossy Lisa in it.
All about self-improvement holidays in exotic locations.

It's a 4 part starring Jack Osbourne Lisa Rebecca Loos Carol Harrison. It's on C4 Mon- Thurs.

Caprice is on Ant & Dec show on Sat also.

Lisa was also on the new Trisha show on C5 this afternoon - she was talking about her being a self confessed moody cow - as if we didn't already know

I only had one eye on the TV, but I thought they were discussing PMS and if it actually existed, Tara Newley was there to put the case against (BTW I am female and think PMS is used as an excuse for moody behaviour far too often)

It is a genuine problem for some people, but I agree that it can be used as an excuse for bad behaviour.

Do you mean the Celeb detox show, or is she in two?

If it's the detox one, the self-improvement typically involves doing disgusting things.

I'm not sure, it doesn't say so in the TV mag. It only mentioned exotic holidays.

From the C4 site :

"We took 15 celebrities away from their home comforts and subjected them to a range of detox programmes that claimed to enhance inner peace, happiness and understanding through yoga, t'ai chi, Taoism and shamanism.

See if drinking wee, balancing on mountain ledges and genital weight lifting really did change their lives forever."

Lisa drinking whose wee ?

I think Rebecca Loos is on it, she went to some kind of sex therapy centre, don't know if livestock is involved

I wonder if that's what the producers told the "celebs"

Extreme Detox

It's on now - came across it by accident - it's revolting!!

The unmentionable L though is a lot quieter than she was on Cbb so that's a blessing.

Extreme Celebrity Detox | Tuesday February 15, 2005
The Guardian

Extreme Celebrity Detox (Channel 4) was actually quite amusing. Such is the demand for "celebrities" on shows like this that the term has been loosened up so much that it now appears to include anyone. Journalists even.

Anyway, two groups of them are taken off to mountain retreats to purge themselves of the pressures of life as a nobody. This involves t'ai chi, induced vomiting, pouring water through their nostrils, jumping off telegraph poles and urine therapy.

More amusing than the so-called celebrities though are the clowns who run these places.

The one in the Himalayas (guests include Lisa I'Anson, Magenta Devine and James Brown who used to edit Loaded) is run by Piers, a yogic chap who welcomes his guests by sitting in total silence.

I think he may be trying to create some kind of aura around himself. Anyway, he drinks a lot of piss and talks a lot of shit."

Aptly describes the show and its "celebrities". I watched 5 mins while changing DVDs.

That's quite an unfair comment imo. I watched the Farm and this is one aspect made much of by the media. I was watching the whole thing as it happened, everything was explained and it was also explained this is done on a regular basis ..... it was not the depraved act the media (and some highlight viewers) seem to think it is.

As for the detox show .... drinking pee, nasal flossing, and erhhhmphhh *cough* climaxing ... why isn't that being picked up by the media?

I watched it live as well and it has always bothered me why Rebecca was chosen for this task, it was obviously for the media frenzy the producers knew it would cause.

I watched 15 minutes of the first show of Celeb Detox and decided sinus flushing celebs wasn't really the last thing I wanted to see before going to sleep.
