hi for the past 3 1/2 days i have had no service on my phone and ipad and three has told me that they is a problem with the mast.

what i want to know is there a time when i can leave my contract free on charge if its still off say 1 or 2 weeks. The only think i can see in the t&c's is that three wont compensate me if the loss of service is out of their control and see as tho the mast is near a road so access isnt a problem.

Thanks

Ahh I only just got a semi decent signal back yesterday after 4/5 days (payg Brighton) I thought I had been slowed down for using the network that I payed £15 for. But I REFUSE to call them in INDIA for the advisor not to fully understand my Scottish accent.

Aren't they testing the 4g network for launch next month, was thinking they had slowed me down to tempt me over.

Why on earth would they want to "temp you over" to something you automatically get for free anyway?

Seriously, do some people just like to concoct absurd conspiracy theories without even thinking?

Gotta laugh at people saying "I've got a problem, but I don't want to call them"

How can they sort the issue if they don't know about it.

I worry about some people I really do. Lol

EDIT: Not a dig at anyone in particular, just in general, a lot of folks say they have an issue and cry on a forum. RING THEM

that's gonna get your problems fixed ASAP isn't it .
There are other ways of contacting them, ie: Three Store, Twitter, Email, Write a letter.

A lot of people don't like talking on the phone, and telephone isn't the only way to contact a company these days.

Get with the times - many organizations are engaging with customers via electronic means, in addition to traditional snail mail, that means phone, email, web forums, and social media.

All of which Three do, but some people don't like using those either and it would seem they'd rather post in a forum that's got nothing to do with the company concerned instead.
I personally either go through the company website, phone or use Twitter.
