Does anyone know how I can contact those at the top of the Lovefilm hierachy about a complaint/issue I have?

I have an ongoing saga (far too long to expand on here unfortunately) that is not being addressed properly by the staff that man the "support" customer service. I wanted to try and reach those higher up in the chain - possibly Simon Morris who is the Chief Marketing Officer - in the hope he may have more intelligence and common sense to grasp the seriousness of the situation. Initial googling has not got me anywhere so far.

Anybody got any ideas or know any contacts that I could use, other than customer service or support?
