Maybe he is just a bit uncomfortable with being the only American on a British show and is a bit shy at the moment

I think he's lovely. Perhaps he'll break out of his shell a bit more now that the camps have merged.

Did you never see The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air? The guy was ace playing the hilarious Carlton and I really wanna see him do the Carlton dance moves and I wanna hear some stories about The Fresh Prince days from him.

He is still good freinds with Will Smith too.

Maybe if ITV didn't make it the Joey Essex show we would see more of the others to form a proper opinion..

We have hardly seen Alfonso, David, Laila or Cian at all. It's immensely frustrating.

I'd like to see more of them too. Far too much about Joey but I suppose hm being chosen to do the Bushtucker trials has a lot to do with it.

I think he's been funny when shown, it just isn't happening often enough unfortunately.

Most of the show consists of Joey, Amy getting airtime because of Joey and the red team got more airtime because of Joey. They are obsessed with Joey and find his lack of knowledge of stuff hilarious. I'd like to see more of the other camp mates.

As others have said, we're just not seeing him - to paraphrase something Kian said about Joey last night, we probably won't see much of anyone but Joey, Amy and Matthew for at least another week yet.

He is just a co-star on The Joey Essex Show at the moment. Hopefully that'll change.

They are all extras in the Joey show.......not just Alfonso.
Unless he has a story line that involves the Essex manchild he won't be seen.

I think he's probably interesting it's just unknown due to the focus on Joey although I was more interested in Alfonso being there than Joey to start with. The problem they have is the show only being an hour long most nights and about half of that goes on trials so they can't show the others enough as their focusing on more Joey.

I am not sure why Alfonso is being singled out.

It's the Joey show, he will be picked for every trial, if we are not watching him do a trial, we are watching his 'Joeyisms', which have to be shown so Ant and Dec can make a joke about it in each link.


They might as well send everyone else home.

You might as well ask what the point of any of them are for all we see of them. But as long as the public keep insisting on voting for the same person to do every bushtucker trial, so it shall be!
