No Text on radio stations.

Over the last few days, since the upgrade, I've noticed that there is no text on the radio stations on Youview. If I'm listening on the TV without the Youview box on, the Logo and info is there, but not if the box is on. Anyone else have this problem?

Can you clarify a bit.

Which box and type? - there's three different current versions of the software for the Humax alone.

By text do you mean the red button service from the BBC and when you are on a BBC radio station? Or do you mean the programme information that's overlaid on the logo and graphics?

With the latest release for "retail" Humax and a secondhand Huawei (not connected to TalkTalk), everything is fine when I just checked. If you have a Humax, it may be down to the iffy handling of MHEG that also leads to the red button prompt going walkabout at times. Both completely blank the screen if you press pause and then play. Pressing "stop" to go back to the live radio brings back the on-screen display on the Huawei but not the Humax.

Hi Sorry,
It's a TalkTalk Huwaii model DN370T.02.04.P, updated 27/11/13 and when I tune to the radio (Channel 702/703 etc) via the guide I just have a blank screen, when previously I had a logo and programme information.
As I said, when listening on LG TV (Freeview HD) via antenna instead of the box, the logo and text is there, but not when listening via Youview.

Just to confirm my retail youview box does exactly the same. I can't get the software version at the moment as I'm not home. It's been doing it for several weeks now.
