  • I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!
They should do a version of this with non-celebrity people

It would actually have an advantage. There's less chance of a situation where one person keeps getting voted to do all the challenges since the public don't know them.
Maybe after a while, one person will start getting voted a lot but it won't be from the beginning.

Didn't they do a non-celeb Aussie version - shown in ITV2 - I'm an Aussie get me out of here.

They do, it's called 'Survivor' and it's FAR better.

Maybe but do you think ITV would want to risk getting far less voting across the board and therefore less money being made from the series (even when you take out celeb fees)

ITV do a programme without Celebs involved ?????? Never going to happen

@Wise Badger - Do you not think it would just be filled up with BB/Joey Essex professional thicko types looking for fame?

Also, the 'celebrity' bit is sort of crucial to the show title - ie. the starting premise being that the show is filled with 'pampered' celebs, used to being indulged and having things done for them, hence the 'Get me out of here' and back to my life of luxury.

Me neither, I remember watching the first two series years ago and LOVED it! Is it on a Sky Channel now then? I only have Freeview, but would really enjoy watching Survivor again.

I think Survivor has had quite a few seasons in America, but never really took off here. Shame.
