Any nominations must have been released between the 27th of September 2012 and the 19th of November 2013 (Artists must have released something between then)

These must be PRIVATE MESSAGED (PM'd) to me (Pothuthic) before Tuesday at 9pm.

Then the shortlist will be unveiled and votes will open.
