This is not about Amy personally but I mean, they are famous for their looks, not any talent.. it's a shame society rewards people more for their looks than actual talent. We can't help how we are born but we can achieve success by training and working hard to use our talents.

A lot of people these days are famous for being famous, such as most reality stars and people like Paris Hilton. Modelling isn't as easy as standing and taking a picture and being attractive. A lot of 'top models' aren't that attractive and modelling does require some talent, not everyone can take good pictures.

So yes I think models can be celebrities. Kate Moss is clearly a celebrity. The problem is that the models in these types of shows are usually not that famous but you could also say that for actresses, I mean how famous is Lucy really?

Annabel Giles is coming in. She was a model, and is still gorgeous enough to wind Lucy up just by looking the way she does. However, she is also a TV and radio presenter, an author, and a comedienne. Being a model doesn't exclude anyone from having other talents, or from being a celebrity.

There's a difference between models like Kate Moss or Naomi Campbell and your average page 3 girl who makes money by stripping for the mags.
