Yep, that's what I saw too. Mountains out of molehills. Although I didn't find this discussion particularly interesting, I would much rather see a lot more of this kind of thing - discussions, conversations - than the boring and disgusting bush tucker trials.

It was the other contestants quizzing her about her career choice.

The jist of it is that she has somehow done something wrong for being a model because she has been accused by some of the others of making 'normal' people feel inadequate.

It really is quite unbelievable if she's suddenly getting a lot of hate for actually doing absolutely nothing.

The irony is that it's the public who support the industry, the public who buy magazines with good looking models on them, and the public who want attractive leading men and women in films.

They're blaming Amy for their own insecurities.

When Leila said "You are beautiful, you're 100 times better than her.", I rolled my eyes immediately. Amy did nothing to deserve that comment....

Lucy and Rebecca are essentially blaming Amy for their personal issues. Also Amy as part of the Miss Universe pageant would have had to be interviewed by the judges before making the Top 15 so its not ALL looks there are other elements. Even at this years Miss Universe girls like Russia, Poland and France were gorgeous and overlook in favour of some girls who wouldn't be considered as "hot" as them.

Most people who bash pageants haven't even watched them. Or know a beauty queen.

I don't think you should read too much into Laila's "You're 100 times better than her".

It wasn't intended to make Amy the bad guy, it's just something you naturally say to make someone feel better.

She was just trying to comfort her.

I agree although I did think it was the wrong thing to say as it sets them against each other.

I understand Rebecca being insecure and she's still quite young but she really needs to get a grip and realise that there are a hell of a lot of people that are nowhere near as attractive as her that don't have OBE's and Olympic gold medals.

I found it hard to feel sorry for her when she was crying and saying she didn't let her boyfriend see her naked.

I saw the opposite on twitter about Amy, young girls turned on Rebecca and Lucy, saying that they are just old and jealous of Amy.......

I got the feeling Lucy was dying to stir up trouble on last nights ep regarding the beauty debate. How DARE Amy be attractive!!! Just Lucy's rough as a badgers arse side coming to the fore. And as for Rebecca (and I like her) getting in a strop over being "pushed off" the camp bed, we'll you could've parked a bus where Rebecca was sat.

I thought it was an interesting discussion to watch actually and I can see both sides of the argument. I really like Amy as she took everyone's opinions on board and also voiced her opinions in an adult and mature way.

I did feel sorry for Rebecca when she got upset. She should be judged on her talent, not on her looks... it makes me sad that there are people on Twitter who care more about her looks, rather than the fact that she has won gold medals it's easy to say that Rebecca should just get over it and ignore comments relating to her looks, but she's only human and is obviously very insecure.

I think Rebecca is lovely. So far she's shown that she is a warm, funny and sensitive young woman. She's my favourite.
