are you saying there is only one tuner in your house? or you cant record? do you have a spare TV that you couldve got a cheap freeview box for?

When you start seeing things like this, it's reassuring that the BBC did manage to promote the special in the end

Isn't that why they release it on the 2nd and not this Monday, so things don't go wrong and arrive early again?
I haven't found anyone else mentioning this happening, so either you are talking bollocks or the only case...
Pointless Celebrities is on soon and has a Doctor Who theme. Pity it's a repeat of the episode shown earlier in the year.

Getting excited now. I was having a Hartnell marathon this morning following An Adventure In Space & Time, and now I've literally just finished readin "The Doctor - His Live & Times"; all the way from Colin Baker until the end.
Are any European countries showing the episode live tonight or is it mainly English speaking territories overseas?
Edit : just found the answer on Wiki....it seems it's being shown live in France, Germany, Italy and Russia for starters.

This is my 500th post on this forum and I will use it to wish us all a enjoyable evening with an 50th anniversary episode of Doctor Who.
I believe that this will be the most creative, the most original, the most immaginative, the most epic and simply the best episode ever! And I believe that Moffat can do it perfectly!

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere - I can't see a thread on it, but I've just noticed that as soon as the episode finishes there is a Doctor Who LIve: Afterparty on BBC3.
