Not long ago, the Twiter app on iOS was updated and since then I am finding that when I refresh my timeline, instead of starting at the point at which I left it and can then read through any uinread tweets, when I refresh I am taken to the latest tweet in my timeline so that I have to scroll backwards.

Has anyone else experienced this? I must say if I refresh my timeline frequently it doesn't happen but if I leave it for an hour or so it does happen (although it doesn't happen when refreshing first thing in the morning after an 8 hour downtime). It's really annoying me.

I experienced this with the old twitter app, so not sure if it may be a setting
