LOVEFiLM spam/phishing emails

Anyone else been getting these?

In the last week I've had 21 of them. They claim to be from LOVEFiLM and all offer a 30 day trial, but the links aren't to their site and the addresses they come from aren't LOVEFiLM.

I've looked at the full header info to see the sources of these emails and some of them are distinctly dodgy.

LOVEFiLM's advice? Click on the links to unsubscribe. The links of phishing emails? I don't think I'll be doing that.
