I'm not sure- but maybe Fiona didn't think that Susanna being ambitious was a bad thing. Maybe she sees it as something to admire?

Wow that's a bit harsh. And given she was actually doing the series, I think she might have a better idea of what is going on than those of us posting on internet boards!

Most definitely. I think Susanna and Abbey want to win the most. And good luck to them.
Natalie has a different type of intensity which I also admire. I think she's more concerned with competing with herself and not letting her pro down. She's a perfectionist. She wants to get everything JUST right for her and for Artem and I can totally relate to that. I'm not sure it makes the best partnership from a viewer's perspective though. It's coming across a bit too job-like for me. They're like a pair of machines. But I think that's partly down to expectation as well. When you're so good, people expect a lot and are waiting to pounce if you mess up. The pressure Natalie and Artem are under is immense and at the moment I feel it's stifling their performances slightly. As for the 12 hours a day think - lets not underestimate the ability of the press to take someone's words out of context here also Fiona wouldn't necessarily had to have been dumb to have gotten the wrong end of the stick. |

So people think 12 hours a day is ridiculous. Some people thought fainting twice in rehearsal was ridiculous. Put the two together and it all makes sense, no? She doesn't know her limits until she explores them.

I can relate to that feeling of trying so hard to get it just right too, but respect and enjoy watching both Natalie and Susanna. |
