A STRICTLY DANCERS DIET ? - What To Eat Or Not To Eat ? -This Is The Topics Question?
The folly of an early morning what turned out to be dodgy kebab a few days ago was the inspiration for this thread. Sitting there on the kerb in the early morning drizzle staring down on a slightly slippery kebab got me to thinking about what the Strictly professional dancers eat to keep their energy levels up, but without getting ample. For some reason Vanessa came into my mind with her saying how she had to eat so much more to fuel all the energy that she was using up during Strictly Come Dancing training and because of this she was very surprised to find that she was actually putting on weight rather than loosing it. With this in mind can professional dancers afford to eat and drink loads, even junk food or is this possibly just the preserve of professional footballers and cricketers ? How do Strictly's dancers manage to maintain such high energy levels but with such low bodyfat levels ? Can anyone please shed any light on what professional dancers get up to in front of an open fridge at night ? Do they eat healthily or not ? Any ideas what the life and times of a Strictly dancers diet is please ? |

You made almost the exact same thread just the other day, Terry. I know you're getting on a bit, but your memory can't be that bad yet.
