Please help us save the show, imagine if your favourite show was cancelled, you'd do all you can to save it! Now we have a chance while it is stil in Five's schedule, at least read the petition. We need as many signatures from different email addresses as possible. A tiny amount of time is all it takes. And remember, an Annie Douglas is for life not just for christmas!

Would you do the same for EastEnders though?!

Anyway these petitions never seem to achieve anything, if this was EastEnders I'd be at the BBC protesting!!

I'd help out Eastenders, just because I think it is going through a bad spell doesn't mean I don't want it to get better.... I'd love to like Eastenders again.

I'd help any soap.

Nearly every soap I have ever liked has been axed.

Crossraods
Night & Day
Sunset Beach
The Bold & the Beautiful (axed by Five and Living)
Pacific Drive (axed in Australia)
Melrose Place (axed by Ftn)

And I also fear that the same is going to happen to General Hospital if figures don't pick up when ABC launches on Sky.

We soap fans have to stick together as our soaps are all vulnerable.

But it's not just this, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Five have received hundreds of complaints, they even told someone a lie to get people to stop calling and emailing.

Or anpother channel to pick it up, a small channel that needs loyal viewers, one that can give it a better timeslot and a saturday omnibus. One that isn't too big for it's boots.

The more signatures there are the more viewers they will expect.

Keep signing, it takes 10 seconds!

Thats great guys, I have even enquired about taking an ad out at 10 am this week advertising the petition. If it isn't too expensive, I will foot the bill.

At 10 am for 30 sec I wouldnt imagine it is out of possibilities. I mean they do have a students section for students who want to take out ads.

Just to let you know I have signed the petition (as well as emailing and complaining) - I don't usually post to these forums, but I am so angry at the way five have handled this I felt I had to say something!

I hope it does some good - thanks for organising the petition
