Sum them up in one sentence
wonkeydonkey

...so far, and allowing for the fact that things might change completely.

Alfonso. Barely been shown. Either he is really, really quiet or the producers have decided from the start that no one will be interested in the chubby American has-been.

Amy. Naturally confident, cheerful and uncomplicated.

David. Rather engaging so far: complains, but only entertainingly.

Joey. The one I'm least decided about. Either a thick young man whose only asset is his looks or a bright young man deciding that thick is marketable.

Kian. The most obviously competitive. Could fall out with someone if they start throwing tasks.

Laila. Totally comfortable being the mummy of the group.

Lucy. Plain speaking and fiery; the one most likely to cause an uproar.

Matthew. After a shaky start, really resilient and determined.

Rebecca. Sweet and endearingly domestic. Invariably seems to be cleaning something.

Steve. The clever one of the group, and with a nice dry sense of humour.

I agree to, except Rebecca

She's plays the victim and isn't as nice as she makes out

And this thread has 100% failure rate so far. I specifically thought it would be nice to get away from a Rebecca/ Amy battle, and so far I have had one post making fun of me and two posts carrying on that battle.

Joey Essex - Utterly charmless, vain, irritating, conceited, fake, shallow as a puddle.

Matthew Wright - neurotic, short tempered, manic, fairly intelligent.

David Emmanuel - surprisingly self deprecating, waspish, kindly at times, not afraid to muck in, a bit of a luvvie.

Steve Davis - quick witted, sarky, intelligent, seems to be loving the jungle.

Alphonso - pompous know all.

Kian - competitive, kind, gentlemanly.

Lucy - opinionated, insecure, caring.

Amy - vain, lovely hair, not that bright or empathic.

Rebecca - insecure, very kind, no nonsense, quick witted, normal and clearly adores Kian

Laila - fair minded, feisty, seems well up for the trials every night !

I think this pretty much nails it - the Joey Essex "love me, love me, I'm thick as ****" act was never convincing and is really starting to bore me. Steve Davis, on the other hand, goes from strength to strength and deserves to win by a country mile.

Sadly, I fear this year's show will be decided by teenage girls taken in by the JE charade or ex-Westlife fans desperate to see one of their own return to the limelight.

Agree with you mostly although I'd add 'infantile' for Joey Essex. Think Sam from TOWIE is better off without him.

As for Alphonso, I'd say secure in himself- I speak as an American - confidence and being secure in oneself can sometimes come over as being a know-it-all.

Love your descriptions.
who, me?

Vincent the great 'I am' (loving him so far)

Yes, more or less I agree with all of that.

I do like them all, although I've slightly gone off Lucy a tad. But she may redeem herself with me. Only time will tell.

Loving David though he's better than I initially thought he would be.

They've done really well with the trials and tasks thus far. It's so refreshing to see them getting on with it. Although the odd scream is welcome
