Roses chocolates nothing like they used to be.
Bought a box thinking they might be lovely, but my god they taste so cheap and nasty with no flavour in the centres. Also the wrappers are cheap, they used to be all colourful and shiny. Never again and nothing like they used to be.

Half way through a box I got last week and they seem fine. I only eat them once a year though.

Coffee creams are a rare beast nowadays. They seem to have been removed from almost everything which is a shame because I always liked them. I hear plenty of people mourning the demise of the coffee cream so why have they disappeared? We don't all hate them!

If anyone is desperate for a 'Coffee Cream Fix', try Thornton's, they sell boxes of Coffee Creams.

Particularly awful were the orange and strawberry creams. They tasted really artificial! I have never left chocolate uneaten before but I actually threw these in the bin. |

I agree. I was actually so disappointed in my tin of Roses last week I was going to start a thread about them.

Going back a good 13/14 years ago I think the last time I remember seeing them was 2000 time. These a d the strawberry ones were my favourite, they have even changed the strawberry ones, not keen on them now at all. I think out of the selection tins roses and quality street for me and my tastes are the worst.
