EE and Deezer
Hi all just upgraded to ee 4 g package, told by the shop I upgraded in ,that I would qualify for the free deezer app,. (I have this on another contract). Now been told that due to the new packages that came out on 1st November deezer is no longer available . Can't seem to get any sense from their customer services, getting different answers every time I ring them. Anybody had any luck with this?

Website says it's included if you're on a £41+ a month plan. If you're not and the shop told you you were eligible I'd definitely pursue it. Difficult to prove though.

It's unclear from the EE website.
The pay monthly inclusive content add on t&c's says if your plan is more than £41 per month then you get 1 add on, either games, music (deezer) or mobile tv. If you go into the shop section, select a handset then go to chose a plan it says, all plans with unlimited minutes include deezer add on. Phone CS, point out what is says on the website |

Hi thanks for the replies. I am on the more than £41 tariff, when I took this out last week it was on their website as a add on. But if you look now it is taken off. CS keep on telling me different things, but at the moment can't get deezer as EE need to send me a code frustrating!!

If you are on a new plan with unlimited minutes you are eligible for Deezer. Simple as that.
Go to m.ee.co.uk on your phone (not on wi-fi) and select add ons to register. |

No, the ones below £41 and the extra data plans both had it too.

Apparently not that you're paying more than you have to. Meh.

Then around the start of the New Year it became available to those on a plan of £41 a month or more. I only found this out myself as I tried to get it working on my old SIMO agreement and queried it with their Listening Post. This is a reply from Clare, one of the EE Listening Post team: That's a very good point, when we first launched Deezer was free for everyone, but now you need to be on a £41+ price plan. if you think you should get access to Deezer, on your phone type into the web address: m.ee.co.uk Then click on 'add ons' and you should see what inclusive add ons are available to you. If Deezer is one of them then it should give you instructions on how to activate. let me know how you get on. |
