I don't mind Kristina at all and think she is a fantastic and fierce dancer, the thing is she doesn't always seem to choreograph to her partners ability. When I watch her and her partner dance my eyes are always down from her partner to watch her, it always seems to be a Kristina showcase.

Brendan on the other hand seems to choreograph to his partners ability, he knows where to draw the line and when to push a little further.

I wouldn't say I have double standards for holding that point of view

Ben seemed quite happy to go, he wasn't stressed at all about the dance off. He couldn't even be bothered to do his last dance and wasted no time in getting other people on the floor lolol. Kristina will miss him much more than he will miss her, I think. Nice guy but he'd had his journey.

I still want Ashley to win .... he has improved each week, deserves higher marks than he is getting and is rather humble about it all.

I dont understand how Craig could save Ben on tonights dance off - he went wrong so many times compared to Mark - strange!

Not quite what she said. She said she had had more pleasure with Ben than any other contestant because she took him from zero ability to getting through to Week 9. Calzaghe never made the same progress and went out much earlier (week 4?).

Well done! I don't think it was a dig at anyone. My guess is that working with a lovely partially deaf sportsman who was doing the show to support his charity was an emotional and rewarding experience. That's all.

I thought that Mark looked shocked at being saved by the judges.

My guess is that the producers didn't want it to appear too one-sided. Those little earphones they all wear probably account for 99% of the unusual or unexpected stuff that they come out with.

In reality, they all should have voted to save Mark.

Precisely.

Does Mark have the record for the number of consecutive appearances in the dance-off? He's bound to be in the dance-off next week as well, but that should be the end of it as he is by far the worst of those left and is not getting any better.

Unless the other couple mess up their dance-off performance like Ben did. Although the producers will probably tell the judges to vote according to "the better dancer overall" rather than "the better dancer in the dance-off".

I think he will next week (assuming he's b2 of course)... Patsy, Nancy and Georgina had three consecutives I think. But not four.

I'm liking him too, and would like him to win, but cant see it being anyone other than a girl.

I'd be chuffed to have him in the final.

Some of the contestants still in the competition I find dull

She seems to have an unhealthy obsession with the way she looks.

Speaking of Musicals, I went to see Cabaret on Friday, if it is coming to a town near you, you must go and see it! it is bloody amazing and I am still trying to get over the final scene. Heartbreaking but done a very clever way.

What was up with Artem being overly emosh and clutching Nat to his breast . Bit dramatic.

Nearly crying in the tess pit??

He can't seriously have thought they were in danger. They aren't going anywhere. Nat didn't look worried

Lesley holds the record for consecutive bottom 2s with four in Series 1, but 3 dance-offs in a row is a new record.

(Edit : oh no wait Ricky Groves was in three in a row as well never mind cough cough)
