Interesting that a lot of the girls have struggled with the Cha Cha this series.

Susanna always gives it her all and I love her for that. But I do feel she was over-compensating with the performance side of things too much tonight. The facial expressions were getting more and more over the top!

Anyway, it's out the way now.

All I can say is your easily embarrassed! Tonight was not her best but she knew that and tried anyway. Apparently if you try hard you are desperate on here. What has she said or done to make you think she is believing the hype or the betting? How does that equate with the dance not being her best? That argument doesn't stand up. If you don't like her then fine but don't accuse of things you can't possibly know.
She hogs the camera when the others are speaking, she shows off always, her persona comes across as arrogant - she comes across as not genuine. Her dance was awful - the other dancers came across as classy and had a bit of decorum - she always seems so desperate. Not someone I'd ever vote for.

This isn't by any means her first poor dance - the others have been hidden amidst the consistent overmarking. It is the first time the judges have woke up to the idea that they can actually criticise one of her dances. Better late than never.
As I said people see what they want to see.

I see the Susanna fans don't like what I've said. Sorry, it's my opinion that over confidence is not attractive. From when she walked down the stairs when the celebs were introduced, she was loving herself. I can't believe you cannot see the distinct difference between being confident and blatantly letting the world know you love yourself. See Rachel Stevens when she was appearing for a total contrast and she WAS good.
Or perhaps she just loves everything about SCD ?

Show me tonight when she hogged the camera. If you don't like her just say that . It weakens your opinion when you just make up stuff.

Susanna's technique always looks a bit rough round the edges in Latin. It is all about enthusiasm. Patrick on the other had does not look elegant doing ballroom. The posture is not good and he does not flow across the floor.

This just demonstrates what I keep saying. You will just see what you want to see.

Personally I did like Susanna at first, but I do like many find her too full of herself now and has been overmarked each week !

I really think she is mediocre tbh... and 'cringed' when she was gropping Ben's arm when he was in the 'Tess Pit'

How did she let herself down? She struggled with a dance, did her best & accepted her marks with good grace, how is that letting herself down?

Every one of them (except perhaps Natalie) have all had a bad week, but seemingly Susanna is not allowed one.
You have got it spot on Jan. Susanna gets one week
where she struggles and the attack begins as usual.

I enjoyed her performance she always sells it.
Love Sussanah and hope she continues to the final.

I didn't find her so. I say a 45 year old mother of 3 boys trying her best with a dance she know she was struggling with. But if it makes you feel better to make all sorts of assumptions about her then carry on.

Why on earth would that make you cringe?

She often gets herself behind the one being interviewed - grinning away etc as she did tonight - it's called up - staging FYII never never make up stuff!

You're right I can't stand her. My opinions are never weak.

Well, nice to be clearer as to where you are coming from.

Personally, I look forward to her giving it her all every week. Not her best dance tonight, but all the best to her.

Oh come on and stop fence sitting. Tell us what you really think-I can't stand folks who are indecisive.

Few people have suggested that she was that great tonight, certainly not herself. Though it certainly wasn't "awful".

But it's all the other rubbish ( IMO ) that's irritating - such as how dare she want to win, smile so much or indeed wiggle her bum as a mature mother.

In your opinion yes. She could have had straighter legs but the technical content and the performance level was fine, as the judges' pointed out and marked accordingly.
