I've been in the stores four times over my 5 month S4 in the past two weeks and I've got nowhere.
Firstly in Leeds while away they told me to send my phone back to the Norwich store as a mark was forming under the glass.
I go there and they tell me they'll fix it for £15 straight away but they have no spare phones should it go wrong. I agree to return the next day but no one would be there then to assist. I take an afternoon off the following day and it turns out they don't have the new glass. Again there's no spare phones so they say come in next Monday when there is more chance.
I go in this afternoon the engineer is away so they say hold on to the phone until Saturday. They want me to go then. Even if I do go in they may have to send it off for at least three days if they don't have the part. A further delay.
CPW on Twitter and on the phone offer no apologies for this. This week my phone hits 6 months old and I fear the delays put my rights at risk.
