Global Invacom TV Link Mini - Sky - BT Vision
Hi
I used to have Sky with a Global Invacom TV Link Mini but I have recently changed to BT Vision & the TV link has stopped working. Will the same TV link work with my BT Vision box or will I need to buy another one? I have double checked all connections are in properly and I have put the RF loop to on via settings but the LED on the TV link is still not illuminated. Any help would be appreciated.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? The BT Vision box does not have a built in modulator like the Sky box so if you were wanting to feed any of the extra channels to a remote TV you will need an external device to do this.
If you have no external device (eg a UHF modulator or wireless Video Sender) then there is no point trying to get the TV link remote extender working. The reason it doesn't work at the moment is there is no DC voltage on the RF out of the Vision box like there is on the Sky box. Some boxes have a DC voltage on the RF in to power a masthead amplifier. That might power the TV LInk, if you want the aerial to be able to change channels
