This episode of Eastenders is so far beyond reality it's almost laughable.

So... he psychically assaulted the ground crew standing at the doors of the aerobrige, then he freely ran down the aerobridge and let himself airside unescorted. The cabin doors had been sealed and the captain was gaining clearance for push back, the stairs were still connected to the aircraft, however alfie "had a ticket" therefore cabin crew disarmed doors and let this passenger into the cabin, unescorted in god knows what state into the cabin. However the airline was willing to sit there and listen to kat and alfie for however long ramble on whilst it costs the airline $1000 per minute to sit on the tarmac and delay the plane, while Tommy is seated in an exit row when he is all of what two? so believable

I didn't enjoy it. This is not the EastEnders I want to watch. It was far fetched, slapstick and try hard with the comedy. Easily the worst aspects of modern day EastEnders in one episode. Alfie Moon is a dreadful character in my opinion and his comedy running as well as his dramatic acting were embarrassing.

I love Kat and I think Jessie Wallace is one of the best actresses in the show but I wasn't looking forward to this predictable Kalfie reunion and I'm not interested in seeing this couple together again. This isn't the first time they've had an emotional reunion that was supposed to last forever so I'm not prepared to invest in their future as it's highly likey they will split up again.

What I will praise about this episode is the friendship between Kat and Bianca. Away from their stall and their vile bullying they've become a great female frendship which the show has lacked for many years. Bianca has regained some of the charm she had in the 90's now that she's not tied to her kids at all times and is allowed to be a character in her own right. She'll never be my favourite but the Kat friendship makes her bearable.

Simon Ashdown employed all the cliches of romantic comedy in this episode and it was far from his best work. It's just as well he's leaving because he's clearly lost his edge.

EastEnders? I thought I was watching a very unfunny remake of Airplane.

I was just waiting for Linda Henry to say "Don't Call Me Shirley"!
