Why was Alfie so panicked?

Why was Alfie so panicked about Kat?

It just seemed silly he didn't just calmly pick up his mobile phone and ring her. I mean presumably he would have her phone number!

And how come Bianca I'm always skint Butcher suddenly had money to give him?

Bit unrealistic!

In fairness if you where about to lose the woman you loved I think you to would panic a bit and run after her.

The money was the takings from the stall which she offered to Kat when they were saying goodbye, but Kat refused to take them which is why Bianca had money to give to Alfie.

Because it couldn't have been seen over a phone
and David gave Bianca money

Bianca doesn't even have enough to buy nuggets or proper baked beans let alone buy a plane ticket for Alfie.

I don't think Alfie loves Kat to be honest.

He just gets with anyone.

If he loved her he wouldn't have been with Roxy the past 11 months!

Because Alfie is a moron that seems to think Ibiza is in another universe and anyone who goes there can never be contacted or sen ever again

I couldn't help noticing as well that Alfie didn't give Tommy a second thought and neither did Kat about taking him away from Alfie. That truly was one awful episode.

I was thinking this too... When he heard that Kat was leaving there was no mention of him not wanting her to take Tommy away, and when he was asking her to get off the plane he didn't once say that he didn't want her to take Tommy away from him.

And Kat wanting to take Tommy away from his dad because he was marrying someone else was ridiculous too.

Goodness, she was only going to IBIZA!
It's not like he couldn't have tracked her down, especially when she would have to contact him about seeing Tommy anyway.

Neither of them cared enough about Tommy to ensure he was safe while they blathered on on the runway !! He could have come hurtling down the steps and landed on the tarmac for all they cared .The air hostess left her post and held Tommys hand .I almost expected the pilot to come out too and off them a lift home to Walford .
