So looking there, the results dont' seem to fall in line with how the forum have felt over the past year, so how do you feel?

I personally wish Alfie all the luck in the world. Roxy was faithful to you, never cheated on you, was kind to you, and loved you truly. Kat will cheat on you first chance she gets and whilst I had sympathy for you in the past when that happened, you cheated on Roxy and thus I will never have sympathy for you.

Their time is up now, with a new vic landlord its time they left.

Ideally, Kat and Alfie should never have returned in 2010. The Kat that came back was not the one that left in 2005; Kat had been redeemed by the time of her exit, she had found her Man in the Moon and she would never have cheated on him. 2010 Kat was a Kirkwood creation, and a misinterpretation of the original character. Alfie also became a walking doormat, something he had never been in his previous stint.

I've always believed Kat and Alfie belong together, which is why they frustrated me so much between 2010-2012. They clearly weren't the same characters. That's why I can forgive Kat's disgusting behaviour during that time, and why I am pleased they are putting that dreadful era behind them. Last night's episode, as cheesy as it was, was almost symbolic - it was like the show was washing its hands of the last three years and getting back to 'proper' EastEnders, and Kat and Alfie are a central part of that.

I was actually a supporter of Alfie and Roxy at the beginning, but that was only because I despised what Kat had become. I have no doubt Roxy and Alfie could have been happy together, and Roxy would have been a faithful wife - but when it comes to a choice between Kat and Roxy, in Alfie's mind Kat just wins every time.

Yes, they belong together, so glad they are back together, always liked them as a couple, always will, they just need to get a dog now...they can call her Roxy.

Have they really given any thought to what they are going to do with the pair now? We saw Kat at her best when they were apart. Phil will obviously sack Alfie, he'll move in with Kat. She will keep on the stall and don't tell me miraculously a stall pitch will immediately be available for him. The Vic held him for way too long and that's the only good thing to come from this - booting him out of there . Also with last night's reunion snog, were we all meant to feel moved? I was left cold

I also love that according to the previews, Alfie has a massive hissy fit when Phil evicts him. Oh I'm sorry, you can't just cheat on your new wife, a wife who is the cousin of your landlord, and expect no consequences.

Shane Richie said on this Morning on Monday if he sat with Alfie he would tell Alfie to be on his own for a bit and not be with anyone

I felt sorry for Roxy last night. I understand that Alfie loves Kat but I think he needs to move on and I think that eventually Kat will hurt him again.

I thought it was good when Alfie kicked Kat out of the Vic. I finally thought he was through with her and was glad he didn't just roll over and accept another affair like she expected him to. Kat was alright on her own, I kind of liked her. Interesting she didn't bother with another man when she was single. But now they're back together it won't be long before she's sneaking around again and Alfie's going out of his mind wandering what she's up to. It'll be same old same old.

The way Alfie commandeered that Moped, told me beyond doubt that Kat and Alfie belong together. I can think of no greater gesture of love.

Until they address not the cheating but the abuse the pairing is doomed.

Voted no but I think it's time for Kat to move on from Alfie. Couldn't care less about Alfie, Kat should have said no to him.

Alfie isn't her 'saviour', her 'man in the moon', he's the one who traps her imo, makes her feel like she needs to act in a certain way, his way, or she risks losing him again. A bit like Paddy in Emmerdale, he's nice/friendly on the surface but is cruel/bitter when things don't go his way. They've only just fixed Kat and now they've got her back in a man who all but destroyed a woman's life on the same day.

Kat is a much better character on her own but I loved last night's episode. It was dramatic and I felt sorry for poor Roxy but then I thought Alfie was hilarious and the scene with him and Kat at the end was quite touching.

Personally, I feel it would have been apt if Alfie just left everything and left on the plane with kat if they were gonna get them back together

The poll options on the main site are ridiculous and always are when it comes to main site DS polls. A simple ''Yes'' or ''No'' would suffice. I couldn't care less whether Alfie moves on from Kat. I want Kat to move on from him.

I knew they'd get back together and I've accepted it but I hate that it's happened just after Roxy's whole world has been blown apart.
