I'd love to see Jake with Ronnie (two damaged souls finding each other), but i do have a feeling once the affair reveal happens Jake will just just leave which is a shame as Jamie is a brilliant actor and the character had potential but was wasted on Lauren, who really needs a bit of a break from being centre of the action, i'm really starting to tire of her.

It sounds to me on jakes twitter that he hasn't left EE. He went to LA just for the awards and on a holiday break. Love Sadie to come back in a few months. We need these fresh characters not just comeback characters like Sonia etc

If they are going to keep him he needs something to do that isn't Lauren. Terrible plot. He made a brilliant bad guy in HO, my choice would be to have him lose it when his family leave him, give him some depth beyond Max Mk II to Lauren's Stacey Mk II
