Transfer video from iPhone to iPad
I've googled but it seems they only have advice for if both devices are yours ie on the same iCloud. What if the phone is mine but iPad is someone else's?

Can't they upload it to somewhere like Dropbox, then share the file with you and you download it to your Dropbox?

It's me that wants to send it to them. I'm sorry but I'm a bit techno dense, I've never heard of drop box. I remember back in the day you could share things between phones using Bluetooth, it was v easy, I'd there not a similar easy way to do it now? It seems like there should be with modern technology supposed to be improving things not making them more difficult?

If they're both running iOS 7 and are relatively recent models, you can use AirDrop, which is in the Control Centre.
