Should Lucy do something like that I will give her the credit she deserves......she hasn't though. And until then I will form my opinion on her based on what she does do. She did great in the trial, as I thought she would. She strikes me as someone who is determined, and willing to give things her best shot. That said, I don't like how she treats certain people in camp, and when a thread is pertaining to that, it's unsurprising that that is what I post about. If there were a thread titled 'Lucy did great in the challenge' my post on Lucy would be more positive.......but there isn't.

ETA-There is a thread about how well Lucy did in the challenge, and I've posted in it And although my post was more about defending Amy (I got sidetracked ) I will say that I do think Lucy did well in that challenge.

Well said, that's what I saw too.

It seems Lucy and Amy can move on but a handful of people on this forum can't.

True. I thought there was definitely a look between them. Lucy knew about the gum, Amy knew that Lucy knew about the gum and you could definitely tell she was trying to supress a little giggle when Lucy was 'willing' her to hand it over. There's no hard feelings there - if there were any at all.

Yes Amy does seem like a nice girl!

I agree it seemed the camp mates had picked up on the Gum far quicker than the producers! It was very friendly between Lucy & Amy tonight & I don't know why there is so much Bitterness towards Lucy, Maybe this Jealousy accusation really isn't that Lucy is Jealous of Amy, but maybe it is Amy fans who are Jealous of Lucy

Er, sounds more like something Lucy would say if Amy did something heroic

The forum is about posting opinions otherwise we might as well just say positive things about them all in the Appreciation threads.
I'm not a Lucy fan but she got a lot of support from charley Webb on the after show. Doesn't mean she's never a bitch though as she quite evidently was being bitchy in the bush telegraph about Amy faking her tears.

There will always be people that we don't like. I don't like being bossed around so I wouldn't like Lucy or Matthew in camp. I prefer people who are more laid back.

Reading mail at 11 isn't the same as receiving them. Maybe, she doesn't have time to read them whilst she's at work? Maybe, she does other things whilst on the computer, such as browsing the web.

I'm on here at nearly three in the morning, so what? We're all different. We all have different priorities. Amy wasn't complaining that she only gets three hours sleep, she was just stating that she thinks she's asleep a lot in the jungle because everything has caught up with her. Lucy and Steve jumped on her for even having the cheek to come to that conclusion, instead of their conclusion that she's just lazy.

It wasn't just that one moment, or one question, though, was it? Lucy just comes across incredibly impatient and irritated around Amy. I can't be bothered to go over every piece of footage, but if you're so interested, go back and look at the episode and pretty much every single time we see Lucy, she's giving some dirty look towards Amy, complaining to other camp mates about Amy, complaining to the Telegraph about Amy or being passive aggressive towards Amy.

I don't particularly like Amy, and I can see why some dislike her and are siding with Lucy, but Lucy's behaviour in how she reacts to Amy is completely unnecessary.

Maybe it's been heavily edited.

She would be a threat if she was in with a chance of winning. The only chance she's in with, is the first to be voted out. She stands no chance of winning.

Let's see. 13 GCSEs and 3 A levels at grade A. I suppose she could do quite well if she wasn't a model.

this row definitely has class war written all over it, though Lucy for all I know could come from a nice leafy area like Amy obviously does, just because she doesn't say "golly gosh, jolly hockey sticks"every two minutes

First i assume you meant to say 'first class degrees'??

Secondly I'm pretty sure the problem they had with Amy was drying up - she was apparently going to slow for them. Annabel was the one washing up.

oh yeah, she can't even dry-up, that's worse, we established earlier in the week she couldn't wash-up didn't we?

The only reason Lucy allowed herself to smile at Amy (if in fact she did) was because almost everyone in the camp had contraband ; it wasn't just Amy and David. There was the soap and whilst Steve and Lucy were in the hut , they had all sorts in their hands.

But hey, let's just focus on the gum.

I am a big ED fan and I was really looking forward to seeing Lucy in the jungle but have been a bit disappointed. Sometimes I quite like, other times not really.

As for her being a threat to Joey, I think Kian is the only one that stands a chance of knocking the Toothless Wonder off his perch.
