looks like my signal box has died , no lights on it at all nearly 12 months to the day since i had it, anyone else had this problem?

UPDATE

One call to customer services and a new box was sent out FOC next day delivery, same as the old one, except it has the EE logo on it.

NB:

They have 24 month warranty on them, was told the hold up when people were asking for them in the past was due to technical issues rather than no stock.
