Anyway I pick Flavia Cacace - and just for close embrace AT. And then she gets injured (with a broken heart) because I have dumped her for Karen Hauer for salsa of course [and Merengue as she is Venezuelan]

They should get Karen and Kevin to do a show salsa.

Strange that height differences don't seem to matter (so much) for AT even if the woman is taller than the man though as I am Vincent';s height I don't need look further than Flavia

Natalie would be good for ballroom but I'd need to borrow Sarkozy's Cuban Heels and add a good bit.”

BIB1 - Or end up somewhere they are not supposed to be!

BIB2 _ I don't enjoy dancing with tall guys in AT so much. Maybe the way I have been taught which is to keep my forearm ( left one) in contact with his upper arm and my hand just behind his shoulder for open embrace thus maximising the integrity of the frame/contact and information flow. (My teacher doesn't approve of the arm around his back at right angles to his upper arm) *

When they guy is tall and I can barely reach that interferes with my ability to hold the frame. In close embrace I have a tendency to suffocate.

* must look at some clips to see if the arm to arm contact is a feature for pros and such like.

The clips of the pros you will find will be choreographed and rehearsed so information flow is less relevant.

If I was wanting to learn to dance properly with all the correct technique then Brendan would be my first choice, followed Ian or Kevin.

Flavia. Diminutive stature and very forgiving.

I am tall, so Natalie Lowe. Not the only reason, mind, I think she' s a good teacher too.

Anton, King of Ballroom and unlikely to want to do latin. Also he seems to be very patient, so when I get it wrong he's likely to take longer to blow a fuse than some of the others.

Kevin for me - I feel he would be able to help me dance in a traditional way which would suit me well.
