Sansa Fuze+ 4Gb with expandable memory slot, takes 32Gb Max.

Manufacturer reverb will set you back less than £20.

Cost of micro sd (sdhc) £15.99 - class 10/48MB/s.

Clip Zip.

Practical, not pretty. The amp has enough oomph and the battery is suitably big enough for full size headphones.

Does music on the SD card automatically get added to the normal library on the SanDisk Clip?

I ask, because at the mo I have a Creative Zen X-Fi 8GB, and although you can add an SD card, it's seen as separate in the menu, so not much use for music.

I have the Fuze+ and all songs/photos/videos show up in their respective category - there is a small microSD icon next to the file to show you where it's stored. Would have thought the Clip is the same.

I used to have a Sony 16GB MP3 video player a few years back and it was very good.
It looked similar to this. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-NWZE384...ony+mp3+player

I have not used a separate MP3 player in a good year or two. Since I got some of my music now on my phone. As I now tend to listed to my music via the Google play app. So no need for me to carry a separate MP3 player with me.
I also use the Last FM app on my phone so the music I listen to on my phone when out and about gose to my Last FM page whenever I have Wi-Fi.

Sorry to hijack the thread bit does anyone know of an MP3 player that had the ability to download music on the go, like an iPod. But isn't an apple product?

There is/was the Galaxy Wifi. Amazon will currently sell you an Archos 43 for £50.

But I guess most people just buy a more functional smartphone for that size of product.
It is Apple who can sell the restricted function items more easily, maybe because good marketing made iPod a historic term for mp3 player.

There's no SD card slot on the original Clip.

On the Clip+ and Clip Zip, the contents of the MicroSDHC card are fully integrated into the library of albums, artists, songs, genres.

Alternatively, you can choose to browse the filesystem if you want, and then obviously it's separate.

Cheers,
David.

Yes,just to confirm other posts the sd card contents are fully integrated into the clip zip library. You can also view sd card items separately if you want. I had the same issue with my Zen

Thanks. Looks good.

It says that it's 19cmx13cmx4cm; that sounds rather large even though it looks very small. Is this correct? Bigger than iPhone 5??

Totally wrong measurements, especially if you convert to inches, they say it's approx 7.5" x 5.1" x 1.5".

Looks a similar size to my Fuze+ but with a smaller screen - 95mm x 50mm x 10mm

Confirmation of size here....

It's absolutely tiny - much smaller than an iphone 5
