The fact that there isn't indicates you're in a minority. I was on the £18 a month plan to test the system before I switched to the £12 a month contract and my speeds have remained constant ( and far better than my previous supplier). To answer another poster, I didn't have to change numbers or do anything special to go onto the 12 month plan either, they just changed my contract and it was seamless. |

It was made clear to us the monthly contracted line rental is £25 and that's the figure used for early termination. |
