Delta Goodrem - Innocent Eyes 10 year Anniversary
Who's got this on pre-order or has already brought it (if they're in Aus)???
![]() Really looking forward to this being released on UK iTunes tomorrow (and Leona's Christmas, With Love) since I'm a huge fan of Delta & this is such a special album. She's releasing again but all the songs are acoustic! Should be really good

I have the original release somewhere in my bedroom! I haven't heard that album for years. I'd totally forgotten about it.

I was 11 when this came out and loved it. I feel a bit sorry for Delta, a lot of people just think of her as another ex aussie soap star but she really is very good.

One of my favourite albums ever. I remember being blown away when I first heard it (can't believee I was only 20 at the time, wow) and I think it's time to dig it out again as I've not listened to it for such a long time. There's not a bad track on the album, it's a flawless record.
I don't think Delta's other albums have come close to being as amazing as this one. Why did she stop releasing in the UK? Did one of her albums bomb really badly and so she felt it a waste of time? I can't think of any other reason why an artist would snub the UK otherwise. |

Delta is such a beautiful woman. Still curious as to why she ditched the UK though in terms of releasing her albums. I guess she won't ever tour here either? So sad. |

A really great album. Delta's other albums are also great (I have imports of her last 2 albums). I assume part of her decision to stop releasing music in the UK may have been due to the negative reaction she got due to her relationship with Brian Mcfaddon.

4 tracks in, listening to it when I'm not busy. Pretty good so far.
I liked it. Have only played it once as I'm obsessed with listening to Leona's Christmas album at the moment. Quote:

LWY reminds me of my abusive ex but I try not to associate it with him. Quote:

I can't think of any other reason why an artist would snub the UK otherwise. She stopped releasing because of the news breaking about her being with Brain had a very negative response. People blame her for breaking up Brain & Kerry =\ Quote:
Yes, that video is so haunting and just absolutely lovely.

Yes her previous 2 albums were great!
Her third one was fun getting hold of too. Very long story but my friend sent it via MSN but had actually brought the CD for me for Christmas (I think) but forgot to send it. So she sent it in my parcel for my 18th birthday card, letter & presents :') She's the best aha!

I love Mistaken Identity sort of on par i think she dealt with the subject matter on that album brilliantly it was quite dark it's definitely the shadeto the Innocence on well Innocent Eyes plus i always felt the albunm overlong and sagged toward the end was as ME was a much stronger overall body of work.
