Happy Valentine's, Zoe
It is far from a happy Valentine's for EastEnders' Zoe when she tells Dirty Den she is no longer pregnant with his child.
But Den, played by Leslie Grantham, is even more furious when he hears from wife Chrissie Watts that Zoe has had a miscarriage. She has in fact had an abortion, unable to stomach the thought of having the East End hard man's child. Read all about it @ DeHavilland.. |

Eastenders is doing really well again.
Ian Hyland from the Mirror normally blasts EE for being crap yet on the wright stuff on five he said Eastenders was the best soap to watch at the moment and that Chrissie has saved the show. |

I know it did deserve the criticism but they did go abit far. Gary bushell will be saying he loves it next |

Although I can totally understand why no one would want to have Dirty Dens baby, Zoe is a complete hypocrite by having an abortion.
She was the one who begged Mo to keep Freddie, even though he was a result of rape. What Mo went through and kept the baby was far, far worse than what happened with Zoe. At least Zoe got pregnant by consentual sex, Mo had no choice. |

She said only a week ago that she would never had an abortion and went through the "what if Kat had had one, I wouldn't be here now" stuff again. |

I guess it's another bout of collective amnesia from the writers

). But I'm also guessing it will be as convincing as Mo's decision to keep the rapist's baby.

Well its a tricky subject to tackle with Zoe, we said this way back when whispers were first heard of Zoe getting preggers by Den. I wonder what exactly she does say. Bare in mind Zoe is very fragile and probably just wants out. She may find that being in a position not like Kat or Mo's but in the sense of being pregnant by a man who makes you sick to your stomach, and him always being in your life, she will probably think "Oh god I cant do this, how did Little Mo go through with giving birth to Freddie? Now I know why Kat is the way she is, it must have been hell" and then deciding she's not fit to be a mother, goes for the abortion. Chrissie would definitely be watering the seeds of doubt in Zoe's mind.

Hey you're good at this Will, you know how the writers' minds work
It WOULD be convincing if Zoe just wanted out of the whole scenario.... I suppose. btw did you find lilMO's reasoning about Freddie convincing?
