Nexus 5 forgets settings?
Anyone else experience the Mobile Data and Pulse Notification Light settings are toggled back on again after a reboot?
Could any Nexus 5 owners have a go and report back so I can establish whether it's just me? I'm rooted, so indicating root status woudl be useful. Thanks in anticipation... |

I just tried on my Nexus 5, rooted running a custom ROM (cataclsym)
I turned my 'Pulse notification light OFF, rebooted, when it started up it was still off |

Just tried it on my N5 (completely stock, unrooted) and it stayed turned off after a reboot.

Thanks, guys - that's odd, then - I'll have to do some forensic investigations in case an app is playing up. I'm using stock rooted via CF-Root.

Mobile Data: I'll own up to that one - appears I inadvertently set up a trigger to turn Mobile Data on (at 20:28 precisely no less!) whilst playing with Smart WiFi Toggler. Doh!
Pulse Notification Light: Handcent SMS appears to turn it on despite the system setting being off - not standard behaviour for apps I'd have thought - as since turning the LED notifivsaitons to off in Handcent (it defaulted to enabled) all has been good. |
