I agree with most of your post. Matthew made my toes curl on NOW especially when Laura was trying to interview Vincent (what a lovely man) when Vincent was trying to explain why he defended Amy & MW constantly interrupting, so rude!
The "poor little Amy" thing he was doing wasn't funny the first time, far less the 2nd, 3rd & 4th.

However he may have a point about Lucy being edited in a poor light, admittedly from what I've seen she hasn't came across too well but Steve did say she was a great worker, good at keeping the camp entertained etc & now MW seems to be saying more or less the same thing.

Who knows, it's really hard to judge anyone's true character in a highly edited programme that lasts just over an hour.

What a vicious and horrible thing to say. Get a bit of perspective. We are watching a game, and one that has been absurdly lacking in bitching or bullying by anyone towards anyone. ITV have been trying to pretend that there has been far more drama than there has because a contented, close camp does not make for good tv. To actually wish someone would lose their job because you didn't like them on a game show is truly contemptible.

Apologies - he actually said he himself, Amy and Lucy were the most industrious around the camp (see - Matthew isn't above house-work himself). He went on that if it wasn't for Lucy no-one would have been fed. And before you say - well the food had been won ... and Kian did a lot of the cooking - there is such a thing as preparation and trying to make a tidy living space. I suspect you believe Jamie Oliver and Heston Blumenthal go in clean their own kitchens and utensils and plates as well as preparing their dishes!
