What I don't understand is if the camp mates have noticed her bikini's then the producers must have.....Why is she allowed to get away with flaunting the rules.”

Because the producers want said bikinis on page one of the tabloids and celebrity magazines - and Amy looking good there - which explains the make up.

They obviously have rules to stop people bringing in case loads of stuff and to stop them making life easy for themselves, or creating problems, by missing out vital things to bring in others. If Amy is allowed extra things, the logic is others should be allowed things too and any intelligent campmate is going to wonder what else she has access to. In show terms, it just breeds the idea that nothing is real, and they are actually living a life of luxury off air. It also suggests its not an open competition. There's also the commercial aspect - if the producers are supporting Amy's career, why are they not letting Kian or anyone else build theirs too.

Yep, let's be pedantic about it. It has cost them food in previous years. However, I will agree with you it hasn't cost them any food until now and I can say that without rewinding every episode. You are right.

So glad Rebecca is gone just a tiresome bore, with little personality.

Since Joey snubbed her massage in favour of one from Amy, all she has done is moan about Amy, and snitch on her at every opportunity.

Like tonight with the bikinis.
That's her job love, keep quiet and go an swim about a bit, we get that you're insecure over your nose but other people should be treated with respect, it's not their fault they're more attractive than you.

I'm not being pedantic honestly. I'm just stating the facts. At the moment it hasn't cost them anything. She may yet be punished and if she is serves her right.

Even Charlie Brooks has just said on the ITV2 show she had ear plugs and others had contraband. She didn't name names and she didn't say what they had. So most have done it in the past.

Jimmy O and his bear for starters. I thought that was classic. A recording of his family inside the bear with salt and pepper. What a naughty bear LOL!

No it hasn't and it won't either. The problem is the group was ticked off severely and threaten to lose their meals if they didn't give up what they had smuggled in. Since they all gave up their counterbans they have come to notice the all seeing eyes of the people in the background is blind to Amy's carry ons, I would have been annoyed too.

Well, she's clearly flaunting herself, as she wanders around in her scanties.

Whether or not she's flouting the rules on swimwear probably does depend on how many of her over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders are underwear, and how many are swimwear.

Ditto for the coverings on her nether regions.

They should have taken them all of her and left her naked

It's not complicated is it. Or is it? I don't know I'm a bloke

Lol, no I don't think it's complicated. Some of them are obviously bras.

I think there's a difference between hiding contraband (which I don't agree with) and having more thank 3 bikinis. I can't imagine why they'd even have that rule but if they did then she would have quickly been caught out. Not like she can hide them when she's wearing them.

Have you watched the post eviction interview? No is all I can assume. ITV aren't protecting their victim now. Amy has been played as much as anyone else in this. I hope she learns a lesson about playing the victim. Even the ITV2 show have changed their tune.

It seems like the producers are playing this one now - Amy isn't going to give them back (if it even is a rule) because she knows they won't do anything about it. Which in turn, gives them a story, because some of the other campmates are so determined to find fault with her.

It's win-win for the show - they get Amy prancing around in an array of underwear (pictures of which are probably distributed to media on a near daily basis!) and now they're getting a story out of nothing. "Contraband" is clearly nothing new. But for whatever reason they went for it a few weeks ago with the chewing gum and now it has become an issue. By the sounds of it last years camp had quite a few items and nobody ever mentioned it.

For Amy, it's win-lose. She gets to keep her nice clothes and look good for the papers but obviously it goes against her chances of winning the show (which itv don't care about).

Charlie, from last year said that if they'd been asked to hand it in on penalty of losing food they would have done. Food is terribly important to all the campmates, hence Amy demanding extra portions tonight.

She will get another chance to air them in that water chute thing tomorrow.

I am sure the producers will be fine with that

Sometimes you just want to bang your head against the wall at the ignorance of others. I've put more people on ignore in the past 2 weeks than I ever have.

She asked*. She didn't demand.

*i don't agree with her asking as it did come across as very entitled but she still didn't make any demands in that respect.

I don't agree with Amy asking for extra food either. They are all hungry.

But, and this is only my assumption........I did assume as she said she didn't like octopus I thought she wasn't going to have any of that and wanted a bigger/another piece of meat in it's place.

I don't know of course, but that's what I made of it. It's easy to jump to the conclusion that she wanted 'extra' when in fact it could have been a replacement for the octopus.

Of course I can't say one way or the other and really no one else can.

What a strange world in which asking comes across as very entitled!

That's a good and perceptive summary, imo.
