I haven't checked for videos. Trying to just look at pics so I don't feel like I have seen the show already come June.

Wow, great news, didn't expect that! But could work out if they're the first act to perform that day (besides Coldplay, Bastille, Ed Sheeran, Pharrell and others...) and then fly straight back from Glasgow to Dublin for their second show there... So it's like a matinee show and then the big one in the evening

Plus, they get to meet Jake Bugg who also performs on Saturday. Show him how it's done

Yes I think they'll do that, go on at maybe 2pm - what a way to kick off the Big Weekend! I hope they confirm this soon because the Irish fans who have Croke Park tickets for that date are getting worried. Delighted they are doing it, I wanted them to do a big televised performance of all their new songs. Hope they perform You & I on Britain's Got Talent, Niall's football match has taken up one of the potential nights though.

Good Morning Britain or whatever Daybreak is now had a special video from BTS You & I http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6dgw8n_I_k

Also Zayn looked HOT last night! pic.twitter.com/8VGisKkq8c pic.twitter.com/bqRYZIMTL6
I think the S American sunshine has been great for all of them, they've got tans and zouis look like they have put on some weight (and Liam has lost some)

One Direction's instagram posted this lovely ziall moment pic.twitter.com/xKN8en7Eze

I think I've watched crappy shaky YT videos of all the setlist now so I'm not going to watch more until I go to a show. I haven't bought tickets yet but there are some ok priced ones for the Wembley dates and I love that venue.

Just spotted that You & I has been put on the Radio 1 C list. I expect it to move up to B list next week or week after and then hopefully a couple of weeks on the A list around it's release. Them being on One Big Weekend should help

It's not on the Capital FM playlist. I hope they like it as much as they did SOML and don't avoid it completely like Midnight Memories (which was wrong for their audience anyway).

Lovely to see a famous musician say some lovely things about 1D.

My favorite part of this however was when Chris Martin said he was "too enamoured with Styles' haircut", he also said "I was like: i was pretty sure I was a straight guy before - I was having a hot flush"

BIB 1- I saw that, they always say One Direction exclusive but none of it is! All it is is a compilation of the 1st BTS video and the 1,2,3 days to go videos. It really annoys me how they say it's an exclusive when it quite clearly isn't.

BIB 2- You should definitely get tickets! I think it's going to be brilliant, i know I'm certainly looking forward to the show.

That's good, I hope Capital FM playlist too. When a song is given a thumbs up from them they seem to play the same song over and over and over... So that is a good station to get on I think.

You do make me laugh with your obssesion about 1d getting to a concert on time. I am sure their team plan things with military precision. Lol.

Capital FM still have OneRepublic Counting Stars on the playlist. I feel so sorry for listeners who hate the song. They love Little Mix so I'm expecting Salute to go on there in the next few weeks.

Aside from the - for me - disappointing video the promotion for You & I seems to be quite good so far. They are doing some local radio station promo around the shows which is a massive step-up from the last singles. Lovely as it is that Niall is putting on his charity football match if they don't do a BGT performance one of their other free nights that week then they're fools. I hope they also do a performance and perhaps an interview in the US on the way home from Brazil to launch the song. SOML was so successful there after they performed it on Good Morning America, the X Factor, American Music Awards and SNL.

I feel like I'm the voice of doom on this thread now. I don't mean to be. I promise.
I call it the voice of truth (my truth) or in other words 'the voice of concern'.

Anyway, that was my intro for my comments now on the WWA tour.
I was worried how the boys would pull off a stadium show when they essentially dont dance or do much flash stuff on the stage like other acts try to do .
As much as a I love Love Love the rawness an honesty of their live singing, so close to the last tour, do you not think they should have tried to do more with the production? This is not only set it apart from the last tour but to enhance that differentiation from it as a massive stadium tour.
I'm not saying flash dance moves but even in the last tour they had a bit of a 'wow factor' in the show with the flying over the audience thing.
They could have had a few props on stage, something......
This show appears to have less 'Wow' than the last. I think that is a shame and i have seen some forum based fans on other sites start to pick up on this.
I am concerned that 1D are so used to fans support with little fanfare, that they might think they can continue to get away with this at a time when they really need to be upping the ante...
Just my thoughts for the moment.

Well I'm glad I don't listen to Capital then! I find that Salute song incredibly annoying and really cheesey.

I also hope they perform You & I on BGT as it would be pretty good promo, if they do i think they might be on the final. Radio 1's Big Weekend is great as well, I think it's a good chance for people who have tickets that aren't necessarily big fans of them to see them perform and hear songs from the newest album hopefully gaining a few new fans on the way.

47 fans had to receive medical treatment after last nights concert in Peru, "several people are still being treated for symptoms of asphyxia - abnormal breathing as a result of a severely deficient supply of oxygen entering the body." I hope they are all ok.

I understand what you mean but I think the big fireworks display as part of the show is their big wow factor. Here's part of the display https://vine.co/v/Mv7AITdq2pW Obviously we don't really know what the show is like unless we've actually been though. I'm sure those of us who are going will report back with our opinions on the concert.

With Y&I it being a more subtle track and post album third single release they definitely need to perform it. It will needs the push.

How many tracks do acts get to play at the Radio 1 festival.

What songs do you reckon they should do?

I don't think this is that unusual in Peru. They are so high above sea level that breathing problems are quite normal for them

To be honest with the crowd fainting thing I am not surprised in the least. I saw some photos and there looked way too many people crammed up near the B Stage. I don't think some of these poor South American countries are as good at Crowd Control as we are over here or in the US.

Never knew that but from the photos it looked like there were way too many people crammed up by the B Stage which wouldn't have helped either.

I think most acts get around 40-60 minutes.

I think all the singles from Midnight Memories as well as Little White Lies, Happily, Through The Dark and maybe Diana. They'd do some old ones as well I'd assume which I would like to be Kiss You, Live While We're Young, Little Things and What Makes You Beautiful. I know people on here would like them to stop performing WMYB but it's their hit so I think they should. Also I think some posters weren't too keen on Little Things anymore however I really like it and especially enjoy the audience interaction when they sing along.

What would you like them to sing?

With the Twitter thing, I have no idea. Of course it could be Dailymail BS I don't know.

I didn't want any dance move (unless they were recreating the BSE dance), but I understand what you mean: I suppose some additional big props moving around the stadium could have been a nice addition to give the show a different "big" flavour. Some flying over the crowd or/and a stage in the back of the stadium would have been nice too considering the size of the place.
I like the idea of firework at the end of the show though, hopefully it'll be just as impressive when I'm there.

I'll be honest & say I have no clue what it is, but you all seem to think it's great for the boys, so awsome news!
I suppose that, since it's the Radio 1 festival, 1D will be right at home there (unlike in more alternative festivals that might not welcome mainstream stuff & boybands).

Here is the website where it says the full line up. It's kind of a mix but yeah mainly pretty mainstream artists.
