It's upsetting to read the speculation today about the reason behind the cancellation. I can't imagine what the pressure of that level of fame must be like. Imagine, every time you go out photos, autographs, being chased, each and every time. People outside your home all the time. You'd want to just hide in a bubble somewhere.

The guy is an idiot, but I agree, I don't think this is a secret, it was obvious.
Rumour has it, he is being instructed by Modest, and the plan is to devalue the 1D brand. Also, he was told to announce a split because the boys refused to renew their contracts with Modest and Syco.
I'm sure it's been mentioned on here several times how incredible Sugerscape have been to the boys over the years. I especially love how they BS most of the stories in the tabloids.
I hope they get all the exclusives for any solo projects.

I hadn't realised Perfect got so high, their singles are selling well this era. Makes me optimistic for the new album outperforming Four. I hope they have a lot of good promo planned for the US week as Justin Bieber is desperate for the #1. Drag Me Down's radioplay is still growing, it's at #6 which is the highest since Story Of My Life!

really nice to see them genuinely having fun. The hugging bit at the end of the show was quite emotional, audience went wild when Louis and Harry hugged.

I've heard something different. I heard that the hiatus will be for longer for a year, but they are saying it'll be a year so they can keep up merchandising sales etc.
