I actually prefer Amy to Lucy.

Although Amy isn't perfect I acknowledge that. Lucy comes across to me as being a tad bitter at times. Only my perception from watching the show, that's all I can go on.

Sure Amy was very naughty with some of her behaviour and she needs to address that quick smart.

Neither of them are nasty people and I thought I'd take to Lucy far more than I did. Which is a shame, as I like her in Emmerdale.

Amy. A genuinely nice girl that was immediately misjudged.

Lucy however is a jealous, immature, bitter old woman that doesn't deserve to be at the final 3.

Lucy immediately had some sort of dislike against Amy as soon as the show started IMO. Why? Because she's a model and Lucy is against the industry. So rather than opening her mind just a little bit and getting to know Amy, she immediately refused to get too close to her.

Yes, Amy didn't help around the camp much in the beginning. Okay, so that wasn't the best or nicest thing to do, nobody's perfect and I'd rather be around someone who is just a bit lazy than somebody overly jealous and bitter. Amy not helping around the camp just annoyed Lucy a bit more and she began using that solely as her excuse for disliking her, but it's clear that it goes a lot deeper than that and her dislike towards Amy was to do with her own insecurities as we've seen from her behavior.

Lucy continued to take it further with the concealer/contraband stuff. Lucy knew at the beginning Amy had it but only exposed her when her dislike for Amy grew further, and tried to look innocent. Am I right in thinking Lucy used some herself? Hypocrite. It's blatant that Lucy's real dislike for Amy comes from her insecurities about her own appearance, and she's against the general industry.

The people who prefer Lucy are probably on a similar page to her. Insecure and bitter...

You are spot on. She is a massive hypocrite because she has posed in just her thong and bra for pictures so who is she to tell anyone that they making women feel insecure.

Maybe the producers are deliberately only showing the scathing remarks Lucy makes, but at the end of the day she said them.

Totally the opposite way round for me. Lucy does not have any form of beauty.

Just more people identify with a thirty something woman with insecurities about her looks and a bit of a martyr complex than they do an admittedly selfish, but sweet enough, beauty pageant winner.

They were probably my bottom two campmates in a series with no villains. But I would say Amy has far nastier fans than she deserves. This kind of thing is so spiteful and juvenile that it makes it impossible not to be pleased that she is out.
