I'm assuming that you have the Lucy supporters on block or do you just choose to ignore their comments?

To start off your post with a claim of not supporting any of the particular camp mates, doesn't add validity to your arguments, fair appraisals ,adds to your validity.

In this particular thread the first handful of post are the normal dig at Amy from the usual suspects.

And if you are pleased that Amy is out because of her"spiteful and juvenile" supporters"then that in it self sounds spiteful and juvenile.

Can't be bothered - edit.

I found Amy dull, and Lucy a control freak.

Who would I prefer to be in the jungle with? Probably Lucy, it doesn't make her the nicer person, just the least likely to get on my nerves.

Lucy was my fav from the start but apart from the selfishness Amy seemed a decent person. Was impressed with her in the trials but overall most did well in those this year.

I found Amy pretty awful, and essentially terribly boring.

I found Lucy a bit impatient and intense, but basically very decent as a person.

I'm not an Emmerdale fan. in fact, I loathe soap operas and didn't even know who Lucy was when she went in the jungle. i've never seen her on TV.

But we were given a false edit by ITV and I started to think that there was something more to Amy than being 'sweet and lovely' by the first week. It turns out that she has complained constantly about the food (whilst always wanting more than her fair share)and kept contraband back twice despite being told (by at least one person) that it was wrong and she should hand it in; it also seems she was more than a little economical with the truth when stating things (such as Rebecca used her concealer when Beccy denies this and I know who I would believe in this instance) etc etc etc.

And she has never been a team player (as evidenced by many of her campmates) - which everyone else was.

I think she needs to take a good look at herself and realise that you cannot behave that way all the time and expect to be liked (and if that's what she did expect then she was sadly deluded).

In fact, I think that was her problem. Not that she was 'bullied' but that others simply didn't like her attitude and made their feelings known. All she had to do was buck up her ideas and they would all have got on fine, but she was the mistress of her own downfall and instead of seeing that she might be in the wrong, she made herself out to be a victim.

Lucy, it seems was a 'sweethreat' (that from David, one of the nicest people in there, who also expressed how disappointed he was in Amy), she was well-liked by everyone who came out of the jungle and we saw (eventually), bits of her being funny and affectionate and hard-working etc.

I think Lucy can be abrasive (when rubbed the wrong way), but so can a lot of people. Including a lot of posters on here. Who then criticse her for something which they also possess as a trait - which is a bit rich, really. But I also think she would be a loyal and funny friend who would do anything for you, no question.

Unfortunately, Amy strikes me as being interested only in her own agenda and that doesn't make for a particularly good friend.

it doesn't make her a bad person. Lying and manipulating people does that. Or at least makes her someone not to be trusted.

I'm very glad that Lucy was in the final three as it allowed us to see a little of what the other campmates who sang her praises when they emerged from the jungle to see.

So my vote goes to Lucy. Every time.

Right. Because Louis Walsh is such a great judge of character. He's harmless enough (although I suspect he can be extremely manipulative when he wants to be - and yes, that is the nature of his business). But I wouldn't believe something was true just because he says it.

If you come up with someone who's more credible, let us know.

This is not a question on his judgement, it's his and thousands of other people's opinions.plus he was quoting what she said and provided a photo to back-up what he was saying.

However many times I read this, I have no idea what your point is. It sounds as if you are saying something negative, but since I can't tell who the 'old ladies' are supposed to be, it is lost on me. It seems to be accompanied by a picture of both Amy and Lucy in bikinis, both looking good in them.

Lol. I don't know who he is either; is he the person who used to manage Westlife? Why would his opinion be particularly important?

Why would anyone's opinion be important?

Well they might have expertise in a field; though it is not easy to see what the expertise would be in the field of whether Lucy is a 'failed model'; I understood that she is a successful actress, but maybe she did try very hard to be a model instead?

Still, it wasn't me who quoted the supposed Mr Walsh in order to make a point against Lucy. I'm not sure that I would ever quote anyone just to jeer at someone for being a #failedmodel, unless they seemed to have some particular inside information that the rest of us were unaware of. It's a bit yah boo sucks as a debating tactic: "Haha! A famous person (I see now that he is famous for being on X Factor) has said something nasty about this person I don't like! That proves that I am right!"

Says the person who, inter alia, started a thread telling someone to shut up and calling her 'horrible'. You're hardly in a position to take any high moral ground on anything. Not that that stops you since it's your MO. (And, no, I haven't said anything like that about Amy).

I wonder what Kim Jong-un's or Barak Obama's take on all this is.

You do not need to be an expert in any field to see how a failed model trying to take the high moral ground with a current model,is hypocritical; but then again I don't believe you see hypocrisy, obviously.

Loved Amy, hated Lucy.

I can only assume Emmerdale fans were voting for Lucy, I don't watch it myself.
