Short legs

I'm 5ft 6 so yea I know it's not that short but my legs do appear short, and even when I'm slim and a size 8 my legs still look curvy and not like twigs.
I think long legged women are lucky as they can get away with wearing more choice on the bottom but on my short curvy looking legs, I can't wear skirts unless they are really short because they don't look right on my length leg. I don't really look right in anything else on my bottom half other than leggings/skinny jeans/ short skirts or short dresses. Apart from the summer obviously then I will wear ankle length maxi dresses/maxi skirts. Shorts and play suits.
Is it ok that I only ever wear these things? What else can I wear.
What looks nice on short legged women.
I can't really wear any other jeans other than skinny or they make my legs look chunky when they really aren't.

Also is it weird that one day I will be wearing skinny jeans with slip on slipper shoes, and then the next day I will happily wear tights with a skirt and boots? Or are women supposed to find a certain kind of style and stick to it. And then leggings with shoes or boots the next day. And I will go from wearing a white jumper, black leggings, brown ankle boots with a white & brown bag carries on my arm, with naturaler shades of make up. Then the next day wear something like a red jumper with black wet look/leather leggings, leopard print shoes and a black and leopard print small over the body bag, with heavier mascara and red matte lipstick.
Is this weird to change it up like that or not?

In my experience (as someone with short legs), the most flattering is to wear trousers/jeans as slim as possible and wear tops (tunics, jumpers, jackets) that come to just a couple of inches below the bottom.

Tops which are longer will make the legs look shorter (obviously)
Tops which are shorter (so that the bottom is visible) also makes short legs look more obvious because they show exactly where they 'start'.

As for changing your style each day - don't worry about it! It's good to be an individual and dress according to your mood.

I have short curvy legs too (inside leg is 28 inches) and I wear a lot of pencil skirts.

Although I'm a 12/14 I only wear skinny jeans, as like you said, anything flared makes the lower leg look massive!

I remember posting on here once about finding a pair of skinny jeans to fit/flatter me (size 10-12 but curvy, and I am short) and some people replied and said that skinny jeans are only meant for, and only look good on, skinny people

Anyway I wouldn't worry about wearing jeans one day and a skirt the next - I don't think many people wear the same style of outfit every day. I am not entirely sure of the problem - you seem to be ok wearing shorter skirts, short dresses, shorts, play suits, longer skirts, long dresses and jeans. So you're only really missing mid-length skirts/dresses right? Sounds like you're doing fine with things to me
