Hang on. Aren't you the poster who claimed 'Lucy is far better looking than Amy'?

Did you accidentally get this the wrong way round or do you genuinely believe that?

Why are people's looks so important? Lucy's face has character and that's good because she's an actress. Amy is flawless but so what? Plenty of 21yr old's are flawless, it doesn't last and that's a good thing. Faces get more interesting as they age and gain character. Mathew's face was far more interesting than Joey's because it had character.

It's good that she's finally managed to see the pretty shameful disdain and sneering from the likes of Lucy et al.

Amy seems to see the best in people and it must be pretty disheartening for her to have seen a jealous female look down her nose at her so much, have others join in, and see Lucy denigrate her in behind her back so much.

Saying 'hate campaign' is a bit OTT perhaps but I'm sure we can all forgive her for saying that as when compared to the bitchy, excluding behaviour it does rather pale in comparison.

thats my take on it but we all have our own opinions and thats what these forms are for.”

You should perhaps ask the other poster- they after all are the one who felt so strongly about the issue they posted that 'Lucy is far better looking than Amy'. I tend to try and not to be so judgmental when it comes to something so superficial.

For some people on here it really DOES seem to be a genuine issue, I could not agree with you more.

I'm interested to hear their answer as to why they find looks so important also.

What I notice on this forum is some people post things about all people.

Some people only post things about their favourites and not on any other messages about others.

Some people only post things about someone they want to hate about. You do not see them post on other subjects.

It is the last people who I find most sad

I find people who make judgements on what forum members choose to post on more sad to be perfectly honest.

It's a free country, people can post what they like!

Men improve with age as a rule.
I think men is their forties look better than they tend to in their twenties (unless they are gorgeous from the off which is rare) Women tend to be attracted to older men because it suggests experience, increased social status and wisdom and also they look better.

Women look better the younger they are and past about the age of forty their sexual allure for males seriously declines because the chances of pro creating succesfully are less certain.

It's all hard wired in our genes I'm afraid and nothing to be done about it.

The good thing is at about 55 men catch up in the old ageing game and no longer look so good as they age. So nature knows what its doing. i agree that Matthew had a more interesting (and appealing!)face than Joey but that's because as a woman I find different things attractive to men.

As I stated earlier men tend to prize beauty and youth, women don't. Quite the opposite as young men are unlikely to be able to provide for offspring, thats the whole purpose for the chemistry between the sexes after all,to get us to further the species!

I was just going to post the same reply. It's also against t&cs to post about other posters but there are a certain few who seem to do nothing else and, funnily enough, think they're being original and clever.

Very true! I can't ever remember thinking Kian was good-looking when he was in Westlife but he looks great with a few more years on him.

I can't completely agree with the BIB as it completely depends on the individual woman.
As I've got older, I've noticed that women who were pretty as girls tend to be the ones who don't age as well whereas others who were plainer often grow into their looks and end up as very attractive middle aged women.

Obviously no scientific back up but just an observation from personal experience

I think that men (and a few women) improve with age. I agree about Liam and I also think Steve has a lovely face.

The comments are interesting and from the fors and againsts it roughly balances out at around 8 fors and 529 againsts. If there is a ounce of truth in this article, which is highly questionable, I hope her father stop her damaging herself right now. She needs instead to apologise to the people SHE has damaged by her lying.

I agree with this, some ladies do look better as they age.But they would be considered sexually more appealing to men when they were younger anyway.Having long healthy hair, good skin etc even if they were considered' plain' are Signs of YOUTH which are sought after by men (not consciously!) to ensure healthy offspring.

This is a general rule which is PROVEN by scientific study men prefer younger women for pro creation purposes.

Oh dear. The Daily Mail "poor Amy" brigade have finally seen her for what she really is. They will be 1,000,000,000 times nastier than any imagined sleight from her campmates. She would be well advised to just keep her head down and avoid media coverage for a while as she will not do herself any favours at present.

Her parents should also shoulder some of the critisism as they have allowed her to become such a selfish, mendacious, self absorbed little madam. They have provided her with a good education but sadly not good life skills. I find it interesting that she is the one campmate who has not had any friends (to my knowledge) come out of woodwork and commend her personality - other than her parents. All the other campmates, in the face of negative comments, had people saying that they were lovely people and being portrayed wrongly.

People taking of her being ostracised seem to have missed how she ostracised herself rather, she chose to go into the tree house with Joey to sleep, if she had stayed in camp she would have been more part of things, also her me me me attitude kept her apart, no one else got extra food etc from what we saw so why did she think she should ? Keeping contraband after the others gave theirs up kept her apart from them too as they struggled to understand why she felt she should be allowed to do that when they weren't.

KittyKream - I didn't make a judgement to say all people who do this are sad. I said this is how I feel. This is my personal opinion.

Just as it is your personal opinion to say you find me more sad.

Yes but most men actually choose their partners for other reasons too. And older men who are seduced by 'youth and beauty' are rather pathetic creatures, and generally considered so.

patsylimerick - I think it ir good that you are not allowed to post about other posters (this is where you name the poster I think).

I did not. I said I find it sad that some posters (more than one) only post hating messages about one person on a television show.

In contrast I have had two replies making judgement about my post.

Personally, I find nothing sadder and more icky than middle aged men drooling over girls young enough to be their daughters.

She apologised about the hidden goodies in last night's show , she also said that she had no idea that it was such a big deal for the others or she wouldn't have done it. I can't see any of the others apologising for their unpleasantness towards her.

What about millions of grown women, worldwide ,fawning over the One Direction lads ? Is that also not acceptable ? Surely its just human nature and nothing to get sad about .

So she was asked once, and didn't give it in.

Al had a word with her, and she was massively cheesed off about having to give the concealer in. But didn't give the other stuff in.

And only did it at the eleventh hour, and then reluctantly, and she had to be quizzed because no one trusted her.

And you think she DIDN'T KNOW that it was a big deal to the other campmates?

Or that it was just a giggle? That excuse only works for the first time.

Amy isn't THAT stupid and insensitive.
