He's not wrong though. They've under marked Ashley in comparison to the others since the start and that swing dance was a total fix!

I don't know why people bleat on about the Jordans' popularity as if it's going to save them. Darren and Lilia were far more popular and more successful and it didn't save them from getting the chop. Still bitter about losing the Bennetts!

Making me laugh how many of you calling it the #fixathon

Either he thinks that he's bullet proof (he's not) or they've already been told that they're not coming back so he doesn't care what he says anymore.

Do you venture opinions? Do you go into forums and sound off? Obviously you do. So why should he not be able to?

I agree he doesn't always come across well. I can take him or leave him. I also had a quick look at his Twitter, and yeah, he is proper ranting. But many miss the paradox when complaining about peoples opinions, and when telling people to calm down, etc.

Good rule of thumb for life is if you don't like something and it's not actually bothering you directly, just ignore it

I totally agree. I was expecting a full on assault when all I got was a few tweets, mostly supporting all the contestants.

I mean... @the_jamesjordan Maybe instead of always looking to change the amazing pro dancers. I think it's about time they have more judges from the ballroom world!

I just don't know why you'd tweet that and still expect to stay in a job. I can't go bash my employer online.

It's not just the things he says himself. He retweets a lot of comments from the public. I don't think he does himself any favours - comes across as being a sore loser at times.

I thought he'd have a rant after the results tonight but Ola must have confiscated the computer! I did agree with this comment from him...

Great opening number by the pros! Well done guys... Have missed doing more Ballroom and Latin dancing this year however. #OldSchool

Nothing James has said is wrong. And I call it giving an opinion as opposed to bashing.

I think Ola and james know it's their last year hence why he's speaking out . I personally found him very annoying he's had a hissy fit twice for not being part of the tour....I mean come on other new pro dancers should have a chance to do it. I think he's probably wants to try and get into presenting after his stint in the wright show and ITT.

I 💝 Strictly, it's the best show on TV!
However, get the leader board right and then let the public decide. Then u can accept it
#enoughsaid

I agree with letting the public decide (don't like the dance off) But getting the leader board right? People are always going to have different opinions on where people should be placed. As long as the judges are fair then all good, but they hardly are. To much bias creeps in.

Love how the judges say its down to the public.... lol Nothing to do with moving them from 3rd place to 5th place. mmmmm

The judges decisions were a factor of course, but if Ashley had the public support he would have avoided the dance-off. Susanna did.

I feel worse for Patrick. His public support must be terrible.

To be fair to James though, he did express disappointment that Patrick was also in the dance-off.

He just retweeted this from Ashley's partner. It's this kind of comment that lets people down in my opinion. Just stay quiet about it - it comes across as bitter and being a sore loser.

I can't help but think if @ashoztd could of done the #SCD tour would it have been different 😏???????

Sorry but I agree with Ashley's wife, if he was doing the tour like Patrick, Abbey, Suzanna, etc. he would have been voted through xx

I think it was better when the judges just gave their decision in the dance off without justifying it. Tonight there was far too much waffle from them especially Bruno. And Len just came across as a grumpy old man.

If I "gave an opinion" in the way James does on social media sites, my employer would still have reasonable grounds to be blimmin' furious.

How? Even if he was on tour, he was in the dance off with Patrick, so somebody from the tour would have gone.

(I would have voted for Ashley to be saved if I had been sitting in one of those judges chairs, by the way!)

Patrick isn't doing the tour either...

I thought he criticised the judges.

Are they his "employer"?

that was me being ridiculous of course no one knows what goes on in their private life and I'm sure Ola does get fed up with these outbursts, but I did see a clip from *All Star Mr & Mrs - June 2013* where Ola said she loved James more than anything in the world and that he was very special to her .... which is good to hear after 10 years of marriage

James is temperamental by nature, has generally been pissed off at TPTB at Strictly during this series, & I regard his anger yest as perfectly justified defending of his wife (what kinda husband wouldnt?) I dont think she and Ashley were amazing, but by the response of many others here, I think James isnt the only one to suspect a fix.

He is a feisty character & I dont mind that personally. Like Brendan, he is not afraid to give his opinions.

as for not helping Ola, I think the writing has been on the wall for this pairing for some-time. James was clearly livid that they werent invited onto the SCD tour.

Clearly, he couldvr been more tactful about the whole thing, but it sounds as if the tour organisers left James & Ola in the dark for sometime, which cannot be helpful for them professionally, as it would affect their 2014 plans.
