Its not really a single, he's releasing a song every week and none of them receive promotion, they just chart only by the force of his fans.

I'm not too sure but this is his tenth top 40 single in 10 weeks. He hasn't promoted any of them, I don't think there are any videos for them and he rarely gets radio play here

Simple, because not enough people bought/downloaded it to get it any higher.

End of thread.

Because his fans have had enough of his childish antics and moved on. He's last week's news.

Bieber, Bieber, Bieber. What happened to you? You were on top of the world. Now, you've sunken to the bottom.

I think Bieber's downfall can be attributed to one talented group of boys: One Direction: Most people's expectations about 1D was that they'd be another failed teen idol breakout suppressed by the Biebs. Those people couldn't be more wrong.

1D kept defying industry expectations: They've annihilated him in countless public-voted awards. They've shattered many of his records, some of which date back to 2010. They've been easily outpacing Bieber in sales and revenue. They've actually caused Bieber to fall from his own peak. Bieber's been underperforming quite lately, while everything 1D puts out reaches and exceeds its full potential.

Then, you have Bieber himself. His public image has been tainted after his trip to the UK this past March. That certainly turned off many of his fans, and he's up with Kim Kardashian and Miley Cyrus as the most hated celebrity in the world.

Bieber's songs would've done better if he hadn't had his big breakdown this past spring, and could've done phenomenal had 1D not snatched the teen demographic out of his hands.
