I'm sorry but I would understand if she had never watched the show before but she must have known it would of been edited.

The way I see it,is she was being sniddy and bitchy to someone. To me it doesn't matter who she was being nasty to. And yes,the edits didn't put those words into her mouth.

Actually this is worse than anything Big Brother has done. Why can't they just give a fair edit and let the public make up their own minds? Stop messing about the edit.

I hope Lucy makes a complaint to OFCOM about it. Looking at the details of it, its outrageous really. Its basically saying they can make up conversations if they want and not actually show REAL conversations or anyone saying something.

So are you suggesting she never speak so they can't take her words from Tuesday and drop them into next Friday's show??

Of course she should know it's edited but to suggest she shouldn't be a tad annoyed at that is really just silly.

Except she wasn't being snidey or bitchy she was making a flippant joke.

Well if she's that annoyed she should quit ED and then sue ITV.

She'll have known it would be edited otherwise we'd have been watching it 24/7.

What Lucy is objecting to is the fact that they took a comment she made and compiled it with a totally different scenario. So it wasn't truthful.

If that's her best example, her case must be very weak. She even seems to accept that she said it about Amy.

In any case, most of the things that made her look bad would not look any better in any context that is at all plausible.

So why is she complaining if it was only a"joke"?it wouldn't matter if it was aimed at Amy or the other camp, if it was only a"Joke".

But it would appear to some, that whatever sniddy or nasty comment Lucy makes," she was only joking"

Taking something said 2 weeks ago and then put it into a conversation 2 weeks late and make it look like she was having a go at her.

She wasn't being nasty. When taken at the right time, in the right context - her words were quite hilarious!

You must be of a very delicate disposition and would be driven to despair if someone criticised your curtains!

if she didn't make the remark in the first place, they'd have no footage of her saying anything like that.

I can't believe that some people cannot see the difference between acceptable editing and splicing in a cut from a two week old conversation to make a completely different meaning..... I hope that they are never called for Jury Service!!

It is so wrong and anyone who says it isn't needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

I don't see that she had an 'awful attitude', everyone bitches about the selfish slacker in the group, especially if they don't contribute any fun or humour to the place either.

A few pointed comments, and a bit of bitching is hardly some huge 'hate campaign'.

And Amy was irritating as hell, begging for food, lying and spending her time posing for the camera.

Even DAVID had a few bitches about her once he realised what she was like.

I could cut out bits of your posts and make them say. AMY IS A lYING IDIOT, an' all.

That would be a bit unfair though, wouldn't it?

What an absolutely RIDICULOUS thing to say! Totally laughable. If you took that statement to its logical conclusion the series would have to be done in silence as anything - even the most innocent of remarks - when taken out of context can seem like a threat!

What a ridiculously stupid flawed thing to say.

I didn't find her irritating but when was she begging for food?

It was shown in the last program she was in, and it was commented on by Alfonso, and by Kian and David. Who all found it very selfish and annoying apparantly.

I wonder if Lucy will take things further with this editing. If she can, then I wouldn't blame her. Good luck to her. I wish her well.

I agree. I have seen those shows before and the editing doesn't even seem to be as bad as the 'I'm a Celeb' show this year.

You two obviously don't get what I'm saying. So let me try to explain in a v-e-r-y s-i-m-p-l-e w-a-y.

She hasn't denied saying what was shown,so she did say it about someone. Does it make her comment any more acceptable that she didn't say it about Amy, but said it about four or five people she didn't even know?

Because when she said it she was joking.

And it was cut with another shot, to be seen as 'bitchy'.
